Where I was lead designer for a year, 2008 to 2009 — a design agency in Huddersfield. My boss, Dave Pannell, is who I later roped into Novl Cuisine.

The Design Mechanics was a design agency in Huddersfield where I was lead designer for a year or so, from 2008 to 2009 — back when Consumer was still just a moonlighting side thing and Genius Division didn’t exist yet.

My boss there was Dave Pannell. I’m the one who talked him into Novl Cuisine — the poster-a-day project — but it was his help and encouragement that year that really kicked off my whole daily-projects habit, the one that’s all over the rest of this site.
